The topic is ‘Hiring and Compensation Trends’. Join us as Hailey Hoffer (of Robert Half) takes us through current hiring and compensation trends and future prospects in the market.
Hailey Hoffer is the Greensboro Branch Manager with Robert Half, the world’s largest and specialized staffing firm in the world. Robert Half has been recognized year over year by Forbes as America’s Best Staffing Agency. Hailey specializes in Accounting & Finance placements as well as oversees the Human Resources & Administrative placements team. Hailey worked in payroll and human resources before coming to join the Robert Half team in 2016. She is also a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Hailey’s presentation will focus on the hiring and compensation trends that are occurring in the market. With the competitive market and the unemployment rate being at a 20-year low, finding quality talent is getting more difficult. We will discuss what employees are looking for when choosing a company, how to retain your current staff, steps that should be taken when hiring, and current market trends.
